Welcome to the launch of Red Light Project!

We are excited to announce the launch of our feminist NGO dedicated to ending the sexual exploitation of women.
At Red Light Project, we believe that the buying and selling of women for their sexual organs is the ultimate form of sexual commodification. We believe that this is not only harmful to women, but detrimental to the relationships between men and women, and an obstacle to women’s advancement and equality in society more broadly.

Over the coming years we will be campaigning to change the increasing acceptance of prostitution, stripping and pornography in a number of ways. Our campaigns will aim to:
- encourage individuals to make different choices
- challenge patriarchal constructions of sexuality and the ‘pornification’ of mainstream culture
- engage with our legislators, representatives and businesses to make changes

And we need your support to do this!
